Alright now, I came to Uchibā Dallas and had my mind BLOWN. Marz was my server and they were so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. They gave me lovely suggestions as someone who does not eat seafood and I enjoyed every single last bite. Service was stellar, food was incredible, and the cocktails were superb. 100% would recommend, and make sure if you want to have an incredible Uchibā experience in Dallas, ask for Marz!

One of the best happy hours in Dallas! Our server was incredible: knowledgeable and helpful. Food is top notch quality. Got there at 5p with a reservation and place was completely full when we left. Valet line always a bit of a wait but worth it.

Great place to get a pre dinner bite and drinks for happy hour. Def wouldn't come here for an actual meal. The shiso tinis were strong and yummy, but the leaf garnish had brown spots on it. I would also say, at least on the night we came, the tuna was wayyy better than the salmon. This is coming from a girl who will always choose salmon over tuna any day. But the one thing that we got and actually ordered a second round and that you must try is the PORK BELL SKEWERRS! They're so good!! Not pictured is the negihama hand roll, which was actually kinda gross. Not too sure what aspect of it that I didn't like, but would not recommend that. We were also recommended the pork jowl. Those were okay, I'd prob skip it for next time. Our server was great! Each plate just took awhile to get to the table. The decor was cute and I highly recommend going during happy hour!!

A great spot for happy hour sushi! This restaurant is located at a rooftop level, and it's casual yet elegant at the same time. There's outdoor patio and indoor seating, as well as complimentary valet parking shared with uchi (although we had to wait about 20 min to get the car around 7pm given the dinner rush hour). The food was fantastic! My favorite was the Brussel sprouts, which were seasoned so well! Other dishes I enjoyed were the milk dessert, mango tapioca, and salmon and tuna hand rolls. The strawberry sake was an interesting taste and presentation, but not my favorite. Our waiter was very friendly and honest about which dishes he liked the most. He gave us some great recommendations!

We had a fantastic anniversary dinner! We arrived early and enjoyed pre-dinner drinks at the marble bar. Once seated, the meal was incredible--every dish was fresh and flavorful. The friendly staff and lively atmosphere completed the perfect dining experience. We're excited to explore their other restaurants!

The perfect spot for happy hour or date night! Ambiance & Service: We visited late Monday with no wait. The vibe was moody and trendy, and the service was fast and friendly. Food: - Hot Cauliflower Bun: Delicious, spicy, and saucy. 10/10 recommend! - Spicy Crunchy Veggie Roll: My favorite! The aioli sauce is amazing. - Inari Maki: Very tasty! - Fried Milk: Incredible dessert--a fried donut filled with vanilla custard. Can't be missed! TL;DR: Trendy spot with quick service. Must-try dishes: Hot Cauliflower Bun and Fried Milk dessert!

Why Uchi when you can Uchiba? Snagged an Uchiba resy a couple days prior to Friday night. When we arrived, the restaurant was thriving and had a swanky and intimate feel to it. Our server recommended that we order a couple items from each section for a variety of tastings. We did just that. Our items were brought out to us in a coursed manner and everything tasted really good. We had crudo, nigiri, scallops, and of course couldn't leave without getting the fried milk dessert. All the items were melt in your mouth delicious. The service was mediocre since our server was, at times, MIA but seemed like he had a lot on his plate. Our bill was upwards of $250 for the four of us (with no cocktails), and were still hungry when leaving. Nothing a quick taco stop couldn't fix post Uchiba.
